As part of her practice, Giselle provides representation and negotiation of transactions related to commercial contracts, leases, Business to Consumer agreements, Business to Business agreements, publishing contracts, collaboration between writers, joint ventures, and corporate associations.

Giselle works closely with independent professionals and small to medium-sized organizations, delivering practical legal support across key areas of business law, including contracts, trademarks, copyright, media, and advertising.
